  • Hi coupon_king,

Yep I have had the one with the free packet of Walker's crisps and felt just the same emotions as you.

    What an anticlimax >:(

The ones with the free prize you have to ring up for are my current hate. All anyone ever seems to win are valueless holiday vouchers with more strings attached than a harp.

  • I did actually win with Nik Naks, where you could win a gold nugget weighing the same as the bag of crisp or it's cash value.
Opened the blue bag expecting a free bag of crisps but chuff my donkey, i won the prize... £238 cash value
  • Ive won £5 twice in the little blue envelopes so it is possible to get something...cheated though and bought a box of 48 packets at local market for £2 so a great saving in the end!
  • I see NONE of the ALL the lucky Mail on Sunday winners who found lucky bags in their paper answered my original post .... Guess they are all out still spending their winnings !!! YOU LUCKY DEVILS !!

If you change the title of the thread to "Immigrants are stealing all the instant win prizes" you have more chance of getting some DM readers on this thread

    Thread from 2004 eh?

I remember as far back as the late 90s this competition ran and the little blue sachets in walkers crisps with the prizes in, I won a cash prize once (if you consider a cheque for £1 to be cash).

Ah, memories, I opened my first bank account with that cheque.
If you think of it as 'us' verses 'them', then it's probably your side that are the villains.

I can remember even further back than that, I used to get a little blue bag in EVERY pack of Smiths crisps I ate. Only ever contained salt, though ........ :(
