No Claims Discount - SAGA Insurance - Named Driver

Hi,
My parents are on SAGA insurance. My dad is the main policy holder with my mum being a named driver.
The Policy says 60% no claims (2 years) but I assume that's for my dad?
My mum has been on the insurance for over 15 years with no claims or accidents.
She is looking to get new insurance but unsure whether she gets any no claims?
Does anyone know how it works?

The NCD is earnt in your dads name as he's the policyholder. Saga as far as I see don't offer 'Named Drivers NCD' so she would have to start at 0 on her own policy unless she went to say a broker who would be prepared to offer an intro NCD if she could prove she was claim free on your dads policy for X amount of years.0
