Delivery charge refund??

Hello,

I'll try to keep this simple...
Ordered a digital piano online. First one delivered was faulty and two subsequent replacements were also faulty.

After much wrangling and messing about they have agreed to refund monies paid thus far but they will not pay back the inital £45 paid for the delivery of the first piano.
I am finding it hard to understand how they can hold onto a fee for delivery of an item that was faulty and is being returned.

Is there anything in the Consumer Rights Act that covers this as the company have been very difficult to deal with and I would feel more confident going back to them with something more concrete than just my complaints and protestations.

Any help would be gratefully received,

Thanks..

    certainly is

    here

    scroll down to
If the wrong item is delivered or it’s faulty

If you've been sent the wrong item or the item is faulty, you can return it and ask for your money back. In these cases the seller must cover the cost of returning the items.

but the link's there so you can inform the seller how you KNOW that THEY must pay the postage - *think* this is the DSRs (Distance Selling Regulations)

If it were me I would have given up by now ;) I'd just be fighting for my £45 back!
