You need to sue the clamping company, the clamper personally AND the management company as they are also liable, despite what they might think. When you win, the management company are the only ones who will pay up. The clamping company will just rack up another CCJ.
You need to start a thread on pepipoo if you haven't already, they will help you with the N1 (court form) and your Particulars of Claim etc.0 -
I would at least write to the management company first before going straight to court!

Yes. No Mr. Nice Guy. If the Management Company haven't got you a refund in seven days, then sue them. Get your letter before action off, its time these stupid management companies realised they ought to be there to serve the residents, not expose them to "fines" and aggravation.
A County Court Claim will concentrate their minds and with any luck get the clampers kicked out as being useless parasites.0
