Can't view whole page in Word 2002?

Simple question for those who know, when I open up Word 2002 app, the whole page doesn't appear. The text line appears at the very top of the page, normally there's used to be 1 inch at the top.

it may be that it's not showing your header and footer? I'm on 2007 at home, but it sometimes does this at work... I think if you view 'normal' layout it should work, or right click up in the top and 'show header and footer' and then it should show whole page. Hope that helps.

You could be hiding the white space at the top and bottom of the pages:

In Microsoft Word 2002 and in Microsoft Office Word 2003, you can use either of the following methods to show or to hide white space:

• On the Tools menu, click Options. Click the View tab and then click to select or clear the White space between pages check box.
• Rest the mouse pointer over the gray area above or below a page and then click when you see the Hide White Space or Show White Space pointer.

Note that this hides the header and footer!
