Praise for Dunelm Mill

I emailed the Dunelm Mill Customer Services with a bit of a rant about a newly opened store where reserve and collect did not function and also reordered online. Item arrived promptly and they have remitted the delivery costs. Not every chain is all out for profit.:T

I totally agree with the OP, I've had great experiences with Dunelm lately. Lots of things I want to buy at a reasonable price - rather like Lakeland in the old days, before their prices went really high. I've had staff go out of their way to help me find things, really good customer service.
Also, I ordered using their "Reserve and Collect" scheme the other day. They texted me to tell me my item was in the store and when I went in it was there waiting for me behind the counter, not only that, but they honoured the sale price which had been on when I reserved, but had ended by the time I collected.
And they have customer toilets in their store!
