My partner had me list a construction tool on ebay,i had a message from an ebayer today asking me about the use by date on the resin for the item,it turns out its just out of date which my partner hadnt checked before ,so i messaged the bidder and we agreed to a cancellation.but ebay wont let me revise,add or remove the item now and i have 3 watchers.will i just have to message them if they bid? it ends in a few hrs

You can't revise in the last 11 hours, I think it is. I would message the other bidders & say that it's just out of date & ask them if they want to cancel their bids.
If they don't respond then message the winner as soon as the listing ends to see if they still want it.

Thank you,i messaged the 1 and only bidder and he was happy to cancel but have 3 watchers,am just hoping they wont bid now.the tool itself is worth what its on for without the resin but without being ale to revise i cant let them know the resin is no good then unless they bid.bit of a nitemare isnt it.
