Mortgage ppi

Completed the on-line form to claim against a PPI which was taken out when applied for my mortgage in 2003. This covered me for a year if made redundant etc. I was made redundant and claimed twice in 2007.

I have received notification that they are willing to offer me just under £4000. Just to let everyone know it was hassle free and that you can claim against mortgage PPI even if you have made a claim.

And in most cases you would be expected to be rejected as most MPPI was put in place under an advice process and not a sales process and most MPPI are set up correctly.

You probably got lucky by having a lender arranged policy via a seller not adviser and being on auto payout.

no one said it wasnt possible, the amount of claims would have been taken off the total leaving you with just under £4k.

in a lot of instances the claims does exceed redress leaving nil owed.
