hi new to this site im a bit confused with all this ppi info .My hubby took out a loan i 2000 then another to pay off first 2 years later. We did have ppi which in the end had to claim on as the company went into liquidation. I assumed that as we have claimed we couldnt claim the ppi back. I have read so many different things but have been told that we could claim the money back. The reason is that my hubby worked for a company that paid full pay if off sick etc so in that event we wouldnt need the insurance and it was just a fluke that the company went into liquidation that we were able to claim at all. Also no real info etc was discussed only it was in our best interest to take out the insurance.I also worked, what bothers me is as it was some time ago its impossible to remember the full conversation over the phone but am sure that he said he was paid full pay.I have notised on this site that people seem to just claim as they have found out they had been sold it even though they dont have a lot of proof for misselling. Im worried that as i cant remember all the details being such a long time ago that i could get in to trouble if all the details are not correct. Should i just send in what i know and see what happens. help
