I had a loan some years ago from Lombard Finance in Croyden. I can't find any documentation,:) however I am sure I paid PPI on the loan. Is there any way I can trace and get copies of my original agreement with them and then claim it back?
Thanks
Thanks

Hi mivvi-69,
You don't really need the original agreement, sometimes it's no help and as the loan has finished they will probably say they don't have to supply you with it. To complain all you need is the fact that you were paying PPI, a reason to feel you were mis sold (upfront single payment is a good reason) it would have been put onto the loan at the beginning and the account number.
If you have the account number fill in a questionnaire and send it off recorded delivery or even do it over the phone it's sometimes quicker but have your reason for mis sale at hand before phoning

Just to let you know that I have successfully claimed my PPI back from Lombard after having a loan for 5 years.
They are indeed owned by RBS and you need to write to them at
