Wheelchair Hire. Blackpool

Going to Blackpool for a week at the end of May and I'm looking for wheelchair hire for the week.
I have my own wheelchair but we only have a small car so won't be able to take it with us so I want to hire one.
I've already googled for the information and have 2 or 3 websites and addresses/phone numbers etc, but I was hoping to get some personal experiences of people who have hired in Blackpool and where from, cost etc.
Many Thanks

Hello I would be interested as well as my parents are wanting to go to Blackpool and need to hire one, either manual or electric / self propelled.
If no-one else replies could you post up the websites you have already found please0 -
Red cross normally hire for small deposit and donation but you need to book in advance as they have limited stock. See page 22 of link for wheelchair hire in Blackpool. Shopmobility does day hire but expensive. They hire out motorised wheelchairs as well. http://www.visitblackpool.com/xsdbimgs/BLACKPOOL%20ACCESS%20GUIDE.pdf0
