I am afraid it can depend on what you are selling.I find late on in the evening works best for me and avoid any listings early on. In fact if i want to buy something cheap I try in the morning or early afternoon.
But I have done trials and from 8 pm onwards works well for me .My BEST time is definately between 10 -11.30.
During the day not so many people log on, as most are at work. Then they come home have dinner, maybe settle kids and watch favourite programmes. So avoid soap times !
Hopefully others will let you know their best times.0 -

I'd agree with Cat 72. I don't sell regularly, but find that listing items to end weekday evenings and weekends (afternoon & evening) get's you the chance of more last-minute bids, as more people are likely to be at home watching the auction.0

normally i end my auctions on a sunday night between 8 and 10 - i wouldn't suggest too much later after that if they're games the kids will be interested in ?0

I normally try for approx 9pm finish on a friday or saturday evening, same reasons as above really, people aren't at work and may be peeking at ebay

On the other hand, theres a lot of bored people at work sitting in front of pc`s surfing the net, so i find very often between 12->2pm things sell well.0

I mostly always end mine between 20:00 and 22:00 on a sunday evening, after coronation st. People tend to be out/entertaining on a fri/sat night, Sunday is generally a lazy day when people have time to go buying on Ebay. I read sometime ago that it was proven that this was the best time to sell and I do believe it.Up the Rams !!0
