Good company for airport transfer (LHR) to east london?

Hi - just wondering if anyone has any recommendations as to a good company to use for a car from the airport back home? One of my (non-web savvy) colleagues is looking for someone to use and there are so, SO many companies available that I don't really know where to start to help her out...it looks like the cost will be between £60 and £80 from the companies I have checked...more worried about reliability than anything else as the rates are quite similar across the board.
