Oh dear, wish I had read this forum! it is 2015 and I am still waiting for my £50 cash back from a freezer I purchased last year. They said that they could not read the details on the receipt, I sent a photocopy to them and not heard anything from them. Emails have an automated response saying they will contact me as soon as possible but weeks later nothing happens, when I phoned they said they had a back log to deal with. I will go to the shop I purchased it from tomorrow and tell them how poor Bosch have been. Has anyone a phone number or name that gets results or even contact!0
