If your flatmate transferred in your name and without your authority, you need to write to FU and advise them that you are not a party to the supply contract, since the change was made without your consent. Keep copies and give one to you flatmate. That leaves a choice for your flatmate as to whether to accept responsibility in full for the account or to go about reversing the change.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. It was changed in his name as there are tow of us that live here. He looked on a comparison website and obviously saw it was the cheapest without looking at the company. Obv as two live at the address do we both need to confirm to the swap.

The cooling off period is 14 days from when you apply, not from when you switch. You cannot cancel once you are on supply. You can only switch again and pay any ETC that results..No free lunch, and no free laptop0
