The HUT....Just So Bad

probaly the worse company I have dealt with....I ordered a jacket from hut on the 26th of Jan, after nothing turned up within two weeks I emailed them , they apologised and said it will be despatched within 48 hours

I have looked into this for you and the items status is Mispicked,

This means that we have had to stop orders being dispatched due to the stock being at fault or damaged.

Your order will still be processed by the system and will be dispatched to you once new stock has arrived with us, I am sorry to advise that I am unable to give you an exact date off when new stock will arrive.

You order is still available to cancel if you do not want to wait for the new stock to arrive.

I am really sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

So I go to cancel....and they say ahh...no

So yeah it`s gone to paypal dispute now

The thing is they are still advertising the product

Yeah companies mess up sometimes but
