Mbna ppi

I sent off two PPI claims for two loans from MBNA almost two weeks ago. I have the original agreements, and the PPI box is ticked on one, but not the other. Both were 'front loaded' single premium, paid with interest.

Does anyone have any experience of PPI claims with MBNA that they could share. Any thoughts as to chance of success?

    Hi Declaration,
    Front loaded single premium should be enough to get uphold on both regardless of tick boxes. This is frowned upon by the FOS. Sit back and chill m8, see what they come back with ;)
