Barclaycard Balance Transfer - Existing Customer

Hello,
I have a query with regards to balance transfers for existing customers with Barclaycard, but first, here is my story:
I made a balance transfer to Barclaycard on their life-of-balance deal of 6.9% about 2 years ago, then in April 2011 my direct debit failed due to lack of funds and thus i had a missed payment. The wonderful rate of 6.9% jumped to 29.9% and remained at the rate since.
In January, I applied and was accepted for a Virgin Money credit card on their 0% deal till September 2013. I transferred the remaining balance from Barclaycard to Virgin, along with another one of my cards.
I still have another card still accruing 29.9% so would love to transfer it to somewhere else for a lower rate and now since I have a clear Barclaycard i would love to transfer it to that, but I'm unable to because "Unfortunately, we're unable to transfer a credit card balance or move money to your current account as you have no offers for either at the moment."
The Barclaycard has been cleared for about 6 weeks now so I'm hoping that in time i'll be offered a balance transfer deal, but what are the chances of them accepting me now?
Taking out new credit isn't really an option because I currently have 5 active credit/store cards and 2 debts at collectors.
anyone have any experience of this or can you think of any other options? In essence, I'm just looking for ways to reduce the amount of interest I'm paying!
Thanks for any help you can offer.

It's a weird thing.
I always used to have that offer on my account (even without a clear balance). Then it would sometimes blink out for a while before reappearing.
Now it's been gone for over a month.
I can't see anything in my spending/borrowing/cra pattern to explain this.
My only suggestion is took look for another card. Or you could call them threatening to close. They might make an offer to you to keep it open.0
