Will i get better credit cards/products next year?

Hi there, i have never had credit before, other than a few months ago, and i was just wondering, will my credit file be in a lot better situation next year, basically, possibly being accepted for mainstream cards such as Natwest/Tesco/Halifax/LLoyds ?

I'm looking to try getting one of this card, this time of April next year.

literally just taken out the following in the last 2 months and all showing on my equfiax/call credit file.

Orange Sim only £10 a/m
Llloyds current account NO overdraft
Hsbc Current account NO overdraft
Nationwide flex current account no overdraft
Vanquis £200 cc
Capital One secured credit card £200
Cashplus should appear soon also, enrolled on their credit builder

Now, im guessing all this being on my file and operated correctly will improve my chances of getting accepted for better credit cards/credit products in the future? So long as i don't miss any payments, default ect?

I'm on the electrol roll with all three CRA'S but experian only has my hsbc current account, and no the other products i have got, will this been an issue when credit checks are being done as they don't see no history..?

thanks

Yes, you credit file will look better next year, I applied for a Halifax 15 months 0% on purchases (then 17.9% APR) for my first credit card last May as I didn't know I had to have good credit to apply. I got accepted, no questions asked (maybe my score within the bank was good?).

I now have Barclaycard and capital one which will be used to build my credit report while any major purchases will be on the Halifax card, but hope to get another mainstream card next year as I know ill have green ticks every month for the next year.

That's for that, i think i will try lloyds first, but i do agree with you on the scoring with your bank, i've seen some people on here apply for a card with one bank, rejected, and accepted with another lender, i think it is also to do with their lending criteria, i might not accepted for a m&s card my age, 20, but someone in the same position as i am, same credit file, but 20 years older me will get accepted.
