My credit card balances and limit are showing as nil or n/a online banking. Anyone else having the same issue? My other accounts seem to be fine

    I`ve noticed this quite often.
The limit and balance are sometimes missing but if you then click on to "my accounts" and then go back to your card account they show again.

This has been an issue, on and off, since the transfer to the new computer system in September 2011.

It seems that the Lloyds TSB system can't cope with credit cards.

You may have also noticed that when it does show a total balance, it's not always correct. Again, this has only happened since the cards were moved to the Lloyds TSB system.
  • Mine are the same today, they were okay yesterday.

You can't even see available balance, so I think a nice letter will pay a bit more off by balance!

    Thanks :-)
  • Does anyone know if I need to write in to complain or do they do as Santander and allow you to complain on the phone and provide exgratia payments for the inconvenience.

I haven't had any problems with it since the system switch, apart from the initial teething problems, and it was fine yesterday. I think ill ring them, as even if I click on amend credit limit, or balance transfer, it tells me I don't have a valid account!

Rang them, all is ok, its an online problem they are apparently aware of it. Phew, was a bit worried that they'd cancelled my card!
