Has anyone else has any problems on this site? I have put all my details to get a quote on the first page, but cannot see any way to submit them. Would call them but I want the £120 cashback with Quidco!

I didn't have problems with the site, but I did when trying to get a quote by phone. I think it was an Indian call centre but the call kept breaking up, then disappeared, so I tried another firm. What would it be like if I wanted to claim ?

I had the same problem the other week when trying to by the solutions policy with them, it just would not submit despite going back trough quidco numerous times. In the end I clicked on their more expensive policy (wasn't much more and had more cover and lower excess etc) and that worked fine.

Maybe they just want everyone to buy their more expensive policy!!!

I managed to get my quote and insurance policy online tonight. No problems. There is no submit button though just 'next'. Went through quidco had £240 (£120 for Home and £120 for contents) and also downloaded application form for M&S vouchers. £50 for each policy. Massive saving here.
