Dell PPI claim - anyone else?

I have just finished paying off a Dell laptop over 3 years and heard about all PPI reclaim etc. When I started the agreement I was a very naive 19 year old and simply thought you had to have PPI to get the agreement and when I spoke to Dell they said it was necessary.
Has anyone claimed from Dell? Going to send the letter tomorrow but just thought I would put it out there (can't find any threads and not much on Google!)

I'm just about to put a claim in too. They told me the same thing and the application process involved a foreign call centre faxing me documents to sign and fax back. It took about 3 days to sort and I gave up arguing with them about it!
