How long should I leave it before I chase PPI reclaim questionnaire?

Hi Guys.

Can anyone help?
Anyone know how long should I leave it before I chase a PPI reclaim questionnaire?
I posted it recorded 16 days ago & no word yet.
I thought I read somewhere 14 days if that is right is it 14 working days?

Thanks!:)

you can chase it anytime you like, but the bank has eight weeks to make a full response and they will normally acknowledge your complaint before then, usually within 14 days of receipt of your letter. Some banks reply within five days.
You sent the questionnaire by recorded delivery, so check with the Post office that it's definitely been received.

You'll probably receive an acknowledgement very soon. My own acknowledgement letter was dated a full four days earlier than I received it.
