If you're thinking about ordering anything from heatandplumb.com, just be cautious & hold off for a while.

I placed an order with them 2 weeks ago now. They immediately took payment from my card, but for the last week have been totally incommunicado. They haven't picked up the phone or responded to emails at all. Rumours on some review sites are that they've gone under.

I obviously don't know if this is the case, but perhaps wait a while before placing your order

may be innocent. just seen this on their website:

I ordered some goods on the 23/02/12 and received a call from the main supplier/manufacturer yesterday saying that Heatandplumb had gone under and that they would not be able to supply the goods I had ordered.
Hopefully Im covered because I paid for the goods on a C/C.
