Hello everyone,
We're carrying out some research on packaged bank accounts and it would be great to hear your experiences of them.
We want to know how you came about getting one, whether it's a good deal for you and if the bundled insurance has been of use.
Did you take out the account expecting to be eligible then later find out you weren't? Have you been successful in reclaiming, and if so, how did you go about it?
