Park homes

The law regarding "Park Homes" is very different from owning/renting houses... see

In particular...
Whatever you decide to do, good luck & hope it works out!Can a site owner claim a commission on a sale?
Yes. The site owner can claim a commission up to a maximum fixed by
law,* currently set at 10 per cent of the sale price. It applies to all sales
after 20 May 1983. Site owners can charge a lower percentage than the
legal maximum if they wish but they cannot charge a higher one.
Cheers!

Will give you fair, considered & unbiased advice on mobile homes (aka "Park Homes").
There are some very nice ones/nice parks: There are some real wrecks and some very dodgy site-owners I wouldn't trust further than I could throw them, and I have a bad back..
Cheers!
