The law regarding "Park Homes" is very different from owning/renting houses... see
    http://www.communities.gov.uk/housing/buyingselling/parkmobile/
    -
    In particular...
Can a site owner claim a commission on a sale?

Yes. The site owner can claim a commission up to a maximum fixed by
law,* currently set at 10 per cent of the sale price. It applies to all sales
after 20 May 1983. Site owners can charge a lower percentage than the
legal maximum if they wish but they cannot charge a higher one.
Whatever you decide to do, good luck & hope it works out!

    Cheers!

Will give you fair, considered & unbiased advice on mobile homes (aka "Park Homes").

There are some very nice ones/nice parks: There are some real wrecks and some very dodgy site-owners I wouldn't trust further than I could throw them, and I have a bad back..

    Cheers!

Folks around me are having difficulty in selling their Park Homes as the buyers are unable to raise the finance.
  • South Coast its like it every where there are 6 new ones on the site where i live as well as second hand ones for sale, and the only way to buy one is to sell your house but people are reluctant to sell their houses in this present climate,i sold my house just at the right time 4 and half years ago
