T Mobile Customer Service - Rudest ever!

Ringing T-mobile today, having gone through mulitple hoops to get to right department, the c/s could not answer my query with regard to a payg problem. i then politely asked to speak to a manager, the c/s cursed and then disconnected me! Goodbye T-mobile, Hello orange.

It's the same company so I don't think they will be too bothered
Best bet is to contact them and complain - they can trace the agent and take appropriate action.
