I dont recommend you use either of them,but Talk Talk and Telephone Plus offer the facility,and let you keep line rental with BT if you ask.

If you dont mind moving your line rental from BT which i dont normally recommend for various reasons, these people offer both Inclusive calls between customers,and inclusive evening and weekend calls to 01/02,for £9.99p a month including line rental.
