Balance transfer on two cards?

in Credit cards
I have two credit cards that i would like to do a balance transfer on but they both were taken out in ireland {Bank of Ireland, Ryan Air} just wondering would it be possible to do this with these? Remembering they deal in Euros, i was wondering would this be a problem. Any advice Greatly appreciated.
