I only saw it in Amateur Gardening. not a program I've watched that often. Only tend to watch Beechgrove now.NeverInDebt wrote: »Oh is it, I didnt see any adverts for it not that I was missing it much, I tend to avoid most of whats on tv now so dont see many plugs for programs0 -
If the Alan Titchmarsh programme is the same one as previous, I wouldn't bother IMHO. Its just an advert for B&Q

Anyone interested in encouraging wildlife to their gardens might have enjoyed the bit last night showing a lady with 17 webcams set up!
Lots of good ideas like using pizza trays for stability where the birds feed and whisks full of dog hair to be used as nesting material. I like whacky!:DThe beautiful thing about learning is nobody can take it away from you.
Thanks to everyone who contributes to this wonderful forum. I'm very grateful for the guidance and friendliness that I always receive from you.

I watched the last Beechgrove. They are doing an experiment with tomatoes and different types of compost, interesting stuff that people want to see.djohn2002uk wrote: »I only saw it in Amateur Gardening. not a program I've watched that often. Only tend to watch Beechgrove now.
When GW starts doing something just as interesting, I might watch it again.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -

I enjoyed that one too, l might try the pizza tray idea it gets so messy underneath our bird table and all sorts of weeds and plants grow because of the seeds that are dropped.
GW definitely needs to be an hour long, although l only grow 3 veg l really enjoyed the allotment parts. Aswell as going to big gardens they could do a viewers garden each week and a little Q&A part, in fact l'm going to write to the BBC - if you don't ask you don't get. :rotfl:
