Halifax still waiting

My reclaim from Halifax has been successful and I got an offer of all my money back plus interest on 24th January. I rang them on 22nd February they confirmed that they hadn't sent the money yet but they had until 24th but couldnt tell me when they intended to send it. Still hadn't received anything yesterday so I called again and they still haven't sent it. The call centre are just obstructive and wont tell me how I can speak to anyone to find out when they intend to give me my money and wont even take a complaint and wont give me any contact details to find out any information. How long have people had to wait to get their money?
