    No, I didnt have to provide evidence of anything.

    I did advise CCCS on receipt of the CCJ, so that they can ensure the payments are never missed - it has now become a priority debt.

    If the payments are ever missed, my creditor could enforce the judgment - charging order, bailiff, attachment of earnings etc.

    Right, another question :)

    Once a CCJ monthly repayment amount has been agreed. Can the person with the CCJ infact pay more than the set amount each month?

    I'm not sure about that one.

    My CCJ only came through very recently, so we havent had the luxury so far of being able to overpay.

    I think I would be inclined to overpay my nicer creditors who havent taken me to court and added almost £500 to my debt, and let the stroppy one wallow on the set amount each month. But thats just me :D
