CCJ - What's it look like?

Hi.
I need to see what a CCJ form looks like. The type that is sent to the debtor from the Court for completion and then return.
Also, I need to see what a Variation Form looks like.
I know you can view these online somewhere as a .pdf document, but I've done a Google search and I can't see them anyway.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Do you mean the Admission Form?
It's called an N1 CPC, if that helps. Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

It's an Admission Form or Form N9a - assuming you agree that you owe the debt. Otherwise, if you do not owe the debt, then complete the Defence Form (N9b).
These guidance notes might also be helpful.
And other related forms & guidance hereAlso, I need to see what a Variation Form looks like.
Not sure what this is - is it for you to make an offer to pay a different amount? If so, then you do that via the form N9a. Otherwise, let us know what the Variation Form is supposed to do and we'll point you in the right direction.

I believe it's the admission form I'm after. I searched the HMCS website for N1 CPC, but unfortunately no results.0

Next question. Will a Court need to see a copy of a persons bank statements in relation to issuing a CCJ?
Obviously on the form there are details for Income & Expenditure, but does the Court require any proof of income/outgoings?
Reason I am asking this is that I am helping a friend through the process because he will be receiving a CCJ sometime this next week.0 -
*** BUMP ***
Sorry for the quick bump. I am popping over to see my friend in about sixty minutes and he doesn't have internet access, so I'd love to get an answer to my above posted question before then.
Thanks

Hi again.
I filled in the admission form 2 or 3 weeks ago and sent it back.
On Saturday I received the CCJ from the court, but have had no correspondence whatsoever in between.
In my case, my creditor rejected the amount I offered. The CCJ came through still for the amount I offered.
Hope this helpsIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Thanks.
So on the form, you just completed your income and expenditure, but you did not have to provide any evidence of your incomings or outgoings?
I ask because if I know my friend as well as I do, he won't have kept records of anything.0 -

No, I didnt have to provide evidence of anything.
I did advise CCCS on receipt of the CCJ, so that they can ensure the payments are never missed - it has now become a priority debt.
If the payments are ever missed, my creditor could enforce the judgment - charging order, bailiff, attachment of earnings etc.Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:
