Hi,
Hoping to purchase a property with help from nationwide..would like a full structural survey done of the property.
Does anyone know the rates that nationwide charge for a structural survey and valuation (£450)? just wondering if more competitive than getting an independent surveyor to do it...don't want a homebuyers.

Only one way to find out:
First contact N/W and ask, then (or first) ring round some local RICS surveyors for independant quotes.0 -
If you have to pay Nationwide for the valuation survey it's quite likely it'll work out cheaper to use them but the only way to find out is to get some quotes.0

When we made our application to NW before Christmas, they only offered basic valuation or homebuyer report; we were advised that we would have to arrange for a full survey ourselves if we wanted it.0
