Bad customer service with vanquis bank

Hey guys I need help!! I have been awarded a refund for charges from vanquis bank!! Only problem is 7 weeks later still no cheque of £412 through my letter box. I have called the number on my letter and it's a voice mail of a michelle Sutton so I've left countless voicemails with no call back. I've also called the main line and been given another number which just rings out. I've emailed them and have heard nothing whatsoever back. I'm very unhappy as I won my charges back but no one is giving me answers. Anyone help thanks

If you have any sort of issue or complaint the best way to deal with it is in writing sent recorded delivery.
When you say you have been awarded a refund - was this via a letter from vanquis or do you mean via the FOS? If vanquis informed you on the refund did they give you an indication of when you would receive the money?
Presumably you don't have a balance with vanquis anymore (that they've dedcuted the £412 from)?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
I wrote a letter to them saying I wanted my charges back as I was being charged £12 a month and I got a letter back saying yes we will refund and this is how much u will get. I was told 4 weeks

Just wondering if you ever got your refund? As I am having the same problem with Vanquis for a refund of £3720 -
A vanquis rep called me and I refused to talk to him saying I have written to you and am awaiting a reply. To which the rep replied that their customer services never ever write letters. 20 mins later another person called me in answer to my letter and I got what I had asked for a reduction in interest rates.0
