I'm as a brush with anything complicated but, I had the same problem with Snapshot and got over it by 'saving' the original page into My Documents. When I opened it from there, I got the Snapshot tool back and it worked a treat.

Please can I vote Neosi to start the new thread with his "design" and also leave the word T out of it if possible, I know it's a double edged sword and good for some and not others but we have been far too famous lately :eek: and that's never a good thing!

Instructions for the 'snap tool' in Adobe Reader are below, copied from my old post

Save and open the pdf, move the slider down so the coupon is in the center of your screen. If its a full A4 size page and you cant get the coupon centred, zoom out by using the + and - buttons on your tool bar

Hit the tools button...then 'select and zoom' and then 'snapshot tool'

Now with your mouse hold the left button down and drag out a square or rectange over the coupon, you'll see a blue box appear as you drag. Once done let go of the left mouse button and you get a message stating the selected area has been copied. Hit print and the print preview screen will show just the coupon ready to be printed. To the left of that theres a drop down box 'Page Scaling' select 'shrink to printable area' your coupon should now be in the centre of the page. Hit print job done... HTH

morning all
hope everyone had a good weekend

floflo my thoughts are with you, i hope yesterdy wasnt too bad
spent th latter part of last week and most of the weekend busy in the kitchen friends dh tiled the floor so we had to strip the room take the old tiles up then paint it and refill it after hed done, was really hard work.
busy this week mainly with kids stuff, dentists appt and dh having to use two days hols up but ill try and keep up and make an effort to pop in t's at least once.but its hard to be helpful with our store having no scanner.

As some one who has had posts reported I can confirm that there is no debate and it it simply removed with no reason given. someone can report a post for no other reason than they don't like it and it will be removed.

So now we are back to my original theory that someone is maliciously reporting mine and happy's post, hmmmmmmm I wonder who that might be:think:

well first of all it may not have been reported, it could just have been spotted by one of the forum team and secondly, if it was reported, it might just have been because someone found it offensive or there were publishing/copyright issues. Nothing malicious about either of those (logical) reasons.

After reading back it does seem a bit weird...and me personally thinks that someone on here is on a one woman/man vendetta to have the thread ran their way

It certainly seems that specific people on here think of themselves as higher than the rest of us...its just a shame that they have such profound opinions/views yet hide behind the anonimity of the 'report' button and dont have the backbone to come forward and admit what they've done.

This is not aimed at the FT or mods...and most definately Redfox who is an asset to thhe Elite threads....the above is aimed at a regular poster on this thread.

On a separate note, we have sunshine here today instead of snow...so off to do the school run then browse a couple of Ts
