some others gave me links to ones online etc but i cant get anything online i dont have bank card
TIA anyone
I'd be wary of buying the canon, I had a canon previously and the ink was more expensive than the printer and I couldn't find anywhere that did cheap cartridges0 -
Just to add Tricia. It says that neither of these printers include a USB cable. However, apparently it says they are included in the catalogue. So when you are at Argos checking the contents of the box demand to know where your USB cable is the robbing gits lol.AKA; Mad, MM, MM5, Madicles  ©

I got one in Ruth£rgl£n and 6 in Maryhi11. They were mixed in with the regular Quality Street stocks which seem to be on display in 4 or 5 different places in every store so you may have to do some wandering and look in obscure aisles rather than just confectionery and seasonal.
There were loads of purple bars in R£nfr£w and Sh£ttl£ston when I left those stores but no TPO boxes.
I've yet to see a single TCO or block of cheese anywhere though
Thanks for your reply, I couldn't even find the purple barsno TCO's anywhere up here either. I did however eventually get some cheese in a few express stores, extras and superstores up here don't stock the 'extra mature' apparently.

My friends either live too far away to share things with or are quite comfortably off so would think me most peculiar if I suddenly turned up on their doorstep with a packet of Flash wipes or some Oral-B toothpaste.
I have been looking around for someone to share my bargains with and I have found a charity local to me that helps victims of domestic abuse. They have office premises and also two safe houses nearby which give refuge to ladies and their children who have fled from a horrible home with only the clothes on their back. I personally don't know anyone who has been in that position and I simply can't imagine how awful it must be for them.
Yesterday I dropped off a couple of large bags at their office full of Temptations biscuits, mini eggs, cleaning materials, shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant and so on and they were so grateful. Anything that they are given saves their precious resources for other things and really makes a difference.
Pretty much all the glitches and bargains we get from T are the sort of thing that would help stock the safe houses and I shall be regularly popping in there from now on when I have items that are surplus to my own requirements.
Just thought I would mention it as I know what kind and generous souls you all are and with a staggering 1 in 4 women experiencing domestic violence during their lifetime there is likely to be a similar charity to this near everyone and it would be a great way of sharing our good fortune and stash for those of us who don't really have family to help.
Great post minnie the minx
I have personal experience of refuge and this is a great place to donate any excess items! With so many children there too it's worth mentioning that I am sure they would be grateful of any kids items/kids clothes/ 1p lucky bags etc!
I also donate things such as the telescopes/drum stick things that were recently £1 to my local Cats protection as they have a car boot stall and can raise money that way.
So many good places to donate things we find but maybe get too many of- and I would rather these charities benefit than T's :rotfl:
edit to say that I could never normally afford to donate to charity - but this is an ideal way of using my time to find stuff that these places can useYNWA JFT96 :A0 -
