Pampers glitch no longer working online. Will satisfy myself with what dad got and be eternally grateful for him hauling himself out that late at night to get them.

I keep hearing about that book but never tried it. I had a choice between smoking and having an asthma attack or quitting and maybe living. I took a really bad chest infection which resulted in me having to rush to the docs and then go to A&E the same night. Not touched one since and never felt tempted.

So to sum up, Allen Carr good, chest infection bad!

I tried loads of time to give up, but failed everytime. Tried all the different methods and all were no good.

The thing is stopping smoking is actually very very easy once we clear our mind of all the crap we've convinced ourselves of over the years as to why we smoke!

    1. You didn't NEED a ciggy before you smoked!
    2. You coped with stress or managed to relax before you smoked!

.....and so the list goes on.

Bottom line is its drug addiction.

Once I allowed the book to de-brainwash me then there was nothing to 'give up' anymore and choosing not to smoke was an easy thing to do.

There you go, that'll be £4.95 please.......next patient please! :D

hi tricia im on these tablets right now and have had no side effects at all i have been stoped smoking for 8 days now and it feels brill these tablets do not suit everyone so all i can say is give them a try and if they are not right for you try somthing else

Good luck with them, 17 friends and family saw how easily we quit on them that they took them, no1 had anyworse side effects than a few sleepless nights, small price to pay as 1 person had been smoking over 60 yrs and went thru a packet of baccy every other day

Oh thats the one, i only did the first two week course before forgetting to turn up for next appointment,

i quit with patches and inhalator when i was 19ish and did it straight away with no effort and ever since i started again find it soo much harder.

I think though that i need to quit even if its just so i can start tucking a bit away each week for when LO is older. His needs always come before i buy cigarettes but they are getting stupidly expensive the ones i smoke are JPS blue one of cheapest and last year ish they were £4.20 now £5.70, just getting stupid!

Yeah maybe i'll quit and keep myself busy walkign around tescos lookig for bargains haha

right best go LO is bellowing for me lol have a good day all :D

P.s sorry for talking so much this morning dont know why im so hyper today :S
    byeeeeee
Dont forget that if you make it until Tuesday without smoking you will have done the toughest part.

Also I meant to say Lala in my previous post - 4 months now.
I miss too many pages due to work so if you need an answer from me, please send me a PM.

    Morning everyone,

Having to give the current glitch a miss, no babies in this house. ;)

Just to say TP had the 25p Muller 4 pack youghurts in stock yesterday evening, only raspberry flavour scanning that, others were £1
    .
Have a feeling the other 2 fruity flavours may have been cheaper earlier in week as shelves were bare, they both have an * on the £1 SEL interestingly the raspberry don't have a *.

If anyone sees my green light on after this post then please tell me off have cakes to make for a birthday tea and party snacks to cook for DD3s birthday, at least I'm not doing it twice this week as in years gone by with only 2 days between their days. :D

And must find room for some of my bargains don't really want Ts bags on show. :o Tidy needed while cakes in oven. ;)

    Thanks soooo much Decay :kisses:
Just bought 4 packets of pampers (2 of size 5 and 2 of size 3) and receipt says:
    Nappies x 4 @ £12.99 = £51.96
    Multibuy savings
    2 for £22 -£27.94
    Total to pay = £24
Used £15.03 JTD vouchers so £8.97 to pay for 4 boxes. yippee!!!:j:j

If i put it in pricechecker, does it take into account the mix up on the discount?? I'm guessing not but will try anyway.
    Tiger
I'm a body double for Claudia Schiffer and i wont get out of bed for less than [STRIKE]£10k per day[/STRIKE] a 1p find
