Suddenly had a yearning for the old DTD, think its because the weather is nice and it was like this this time last year when we were doing it. I remember sitting on the back door step with a "free" bottle of wine, discussing our next shop with my DH and brother;)and him saying he'd had to start giving away some of his lnyx shower gel stash because he just had too much, and how he'd taken to using wrinkle cream and eye cream because it gave such a good return:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:well that was his excuse;)He came round every night for weeks with his friend because they didnt have a printer. One night I remember having about 9 of us all in my dining room trying to work out the best shop over "The spreadsheet" Those were the days:Tlife is like a loo roll. the nearer the end you get, the faster it goes.0

I have a lumia 800 and keep getting texts from 35433 which alerts me to FB messages. How the blazes do I turn these off!?!?!
Hi French Knickers don't want to frighten you but you need to make sure that these arn't premium rate info service messages as these can cost quite a bit - somehow my DD managed to start getting these and they cost her over £60 on top of her normal monthly bill. I was told to text back to the number "STOP" in capital letters, which should stop them other than this the only other thing you can do is block premium rate calls - this will stop them but you need to ring your service provider to do this.
I have just come back and had a lovely day with my mum, she was looking really well and it was great to catch up with her, she seemed really pleased with her pressies and flowers, and also the few gift cards i gave her from WHSmiths :cool: - took her shopping as you do to 2 local Mr T's didn't find any chocs - but not too worried as i had taken loads down with me for mum. No Cheese either - thats a total of 8 shops i have tried now and none to be found anywhere:mad::mad::mad:
I did however find "Vtech" camcorders, very similar to the vtech cameras we were all looking for last year when they were going through for a fiver. Price marked £59 going through the tills at £14 so needless to say i went back and picked up another one to put away for my friends grandson for Christmas ( i know its a long way off- but you have to start sometime).
Sadly no penny goodies to be found anywhere but it was good to look at other stores for a change.
Oh i did pick up two wombles one for 54cc points and the other 28 - so not a bad day all in all.
Hope everyone is well and thanks to Beastie for looking after my interests whilst away from my lappy xxVery proud to be Strip club member No 430 -
