    whilst i'm here i will "discreetly" ask for a friend *ahem*... anybody know anything that works for all day morning sickness? dry biscuits, toast, ginger (of any form) not working.... feeling lousy and lost my mojo...

    CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!! :rotfl::rotfl:
    ca1980 - ask your dr for metoclopramide tablets, they were a lifesaver when I was pregnant and wished I had got them as soon as I found out, rather than waiting til the situation was desperate and couldnt keep down fluids. Hope you feel better soon, the first few weeks are lousy, and congrats!! xx

    On a more serious note I agree with freddiesmum09 about Metoclopramide. I haven't been pregnant but when I have migraines I get awful sickness and was prescribed these for a few years. When they stopped working so effectively, I switched to Cinnarizine. I'm not sure if these are compatible with pregnancy but incase the Metoclopramide don't help, I thought I would offer the suggestion :)

    Freddiesmum so sorry you're feeling so low and tired, sending hugs to you and hope you're feeling much better soon :Axx

    Good morning all - just sat here waiting for scenes of crime to arrive - our garage was broken into last night - hubs mountain bike has gone and all my stock of lenor and bold has gone - looks like they came over the fence from next door and left that way - we both have locked side gates so we think they then lifted hubs bike over the next garden - as there is a bottle of lenor lying in that garden. Arghhhhh

    :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: Arghhhhhh!!!! Bloomin lowlifes! Sending hugs dreamerbea :Axx

    P.S Sorry my messages are all mixed up, I caught up from this evening and now I'm catching up from this morning :p:p:o

    NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Well all very peculiar.

    I went into my Tesco at about 7pm and found them. Priced on the shelf as £4.28. However, took them to a cashier to scan and they came out at £1.

    So I grabbed 7 and then went and did my normal shopping. I was ages and eventually went through the till at about 9pm. The cashier scanned 3 or 4 fine (and they came up as £1) but then he suddenly said "Oh, hold on - can I have those cheeses back?" I'd already put 3 in my bag.

    He said a notice had come up saying they were not for sale? He took them back and tried scanning them again and this time each one came up with the notice. A superviser came over and said that there was a problem with the cheese and that they couldn't sell them. She then said that they had been advised not to by the manufacturer?

    I said that I had already checked earlier and been told that they were £1 and they confirmed they were coming up at £1, but that is wasn't correct. They said they couldn't sell them to me. They couldn't really tell me why, other than each time they scanned them the notice said "not for resale".

    So it seems like maybe their systems had been alerted?

    So looks like deal is over.

    Awww boo hope that isn't true! :( Though I find it weird that there's an SEL for £1 if it's a mistake of any kind. I got mine at 21:45 and they scanned through fine :)

    I bought 6 packs of dishwasher tabs the other day @ £4 bogof, today they were £7.49 bogof.

    I suppose it could be good for dtd if any places leave the £1 sel out.
