why grate cheese before you freeze it? any ideas anyone? I have frozen lumps in the past without problems, but will grate it if you guys reckon it is better that way !?

when you freeze it in blocks, it tends to have a crumbly texture when you defrost it and use it.

Grating it is also better for the diet :)

Help looking for a word that comes between "frequent use" & "occasional use"

I would say the word you are looking for would be regular, I bet I'm not the first to answer though!!

I'll get back to catchin up now!

Thanks for your reply. Maybe someone else who got them on the first night will reply.

Just to let you know. I got all mine on the very first night.
Total of 11 'good' awards. 4 have been redeemed, including goodie bag and years supply.
7 others still say processing, including another goodie bag and another years supply.

    Hope that helps.

Thank you for your reply. What did you win your year's supply for? And which of them is showing redeemed? Many thanks.
