    Thats ok, I agree with you but this is far easier than using vouchers which not everyone had so more people can do it. My SA's would have definately kicked off if I had handed over 8 vouchers for 8 blocks of cheese so this is easier and you don't have to get the cheaper cheese to put it over;)

  • why grate cheese before you freeze it? any ideas anyone? I have frozen lumps in the past without problems, but will grate it if you guys reckon it is better that way !?

    Because sometimes it goes a bit crumbly when its frozen although to be honest I freeze mine in lumps too:)
