Tesco 11+ Elite (and me) H.O. for glitches and gossip

Freddiesmum - children are notorious for falling out with their friends, the parents step in and fall out and then the children make friends again while the parents, because they are more complicated than the children, are either too stubborn to make friends again or don't know how to. If I was you, I would text your friend and say that you want to be friends with her and arrange to meet up. She sounds like a nice person but protective of her child and most good parents are like that. Make it up with her. Life is far too short and no-one knows what's around the corner. x0

I agree, couldn't have said it better myself.0 -
calmspirit wrote: »completely off topic....not that we care! But has anyone here got recommendation for 18yr DS who suffers with acne, not to bad these days no major breakouts (OMG sorry if anyone eating!) but I was thinking of getting him a facial treatment at a salon, not sure what to look for but would be great if anyone here has experience.
He has done all the creams and the antibiotics from GP but would be nice to try improve his complection now the acne has stopped being so bad. He uses bio oil regularly and sticks with a face wash found through trial and error.
any help from you loverrrrly elites please??
Just spotted an article on the Daily Mail about the TOWIE folk using Sudocrem for acne. I don't watch TOWIE (the accent grates me - sorry, nothing against Essex folk, just the ex-in-laws) so haven't read the article.Says it comes in three's wonder who will be the third
Can we have another one of Czerchy's BF please?
Edit: My other quote didn't work - big big big thank you to Smart1e. Got something I'd been eyeing up for a while and all for 50p0 -

EDIT - I can't keep up apparently it is still working but it's bound to end sooner or later...runs to hide when it does....Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be

any help from you loverrrrly elites please??Sorry to say calmspirit i don't think anything works. My son's tried all the above and more and nothing works:(:(:( he uses a bio oil don't know which one tho.
I think I saw this problem on Embarassing Bodies. They sent the guy for laser treatment and that worked really well, but needed a few sessions. I think this was a last resort measure after everything else had been tried. I'm sure someone will be along with a good medical answer soon though
just out the bath and catching up, so apologies if i'm repeating anyone....
my sis suffered during her teens and after trying and failing with a variety of drugs and creams, her Dr recommended using a UV lamp...like a facial sunbed. Its not as bad as it might seem (I dont think)...in that you're not using it for such a long time that you get a tan (and ruining your skin)....its that Vitamin D from the sun is vital to our health and our skin etc...so giving the skin a little extra help if it needs it, seems to be the idea.
If I remember rightly, she only used to use hers about 5-10 mins a day, sometimes only every other day, and her skin cleared up quicker than using any other treatment. It might not work for everyone, but worth your son checking with his GP?
hthhoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0
