am feeling very sorry for myself this morning....I know there are people out there (and on here) with far worse problems and illnesses, but today I feel like pooh Since my car broke down on Saturday, having to sit in the car and wait for the RAC for 3 hours, my back has ached...I damaged my sciatic nerve years ago, so the slightest thing sets it off....havent been able to sleep, walk, sit, move comfortably since Saturday and feel absolutely shattered..and am in agony which painkillers dont seem to shift!

Added to this, my BIL came to fix my car last night and told me it has a zillion and one problems so he's taking it in for a 'MOT' on Saturday (not due, but he'll fix anything that needs doing)...but not to use it in the meantime as its a bit dodgy and could make the problems worse!!! His advice - get rid of the car and get a new one!

Managed to venture to Ts today - found nothing ...only £1 item was a pair of gold wedges...was in so much pain couldnt remember half the things i was meant to be looking for...so only got the things I needed! My car did make it there and back again...just...only to get a blooming phonecall from Ts when i goot in to tell me my new glasses are ready to collect, so got to try and make it back again!!

Lord knows how I'm going to afford to get the work on my car done, or buy a new car...but need to do one or the other if mine isnt safe to drive

Anyways....moan over...off to take some more painkillers and have my birthday haircut

Oh Looby that's rotten:(:(:(Dose up and get your new haircut;)It's horrible when you get something like that and can't even sleep properly, have you got yourself a doctors appt and maybe they can give you something a bit stronger?

I messed up one of my one JTD shops by adding honeydew melon last week

£1.97 or 2 for £3 - didn't show as comparing on MSM but I checked on Asda and they were £1.60 or 2 for £3 so thought I was safe (was making up a £40 shop)

Came in comparing to the large honeydew melon at £2.47 Wouldn't have minded if they were actually large :mad:
