Help please Re-questionnaire

I have started filling in my questionnaire for Barclaycards (3cards). Now 2 of the cards were paid off a few years ago and we never used the insurance, but one we claimed off the policy when my hubby was diagnosed with cancer in 08 they paid his card for 6 months:). On the other 2 cards on the form section E: any changes in your health since you took the insurance out? Do I have to answer the question with diagnosed with cancer 2008 because the accounts weren't running then, or do I just tell them to be on the safe side.
