I would like to pay my wife natwest CC balance in full. Does anyone knows their account number and sort code? I could not find it on their statement.

i would think it most unwise to pay money into an account with a sort code and account number picked up on a bulletin board.

are you absolutely sure the details aren't on the back of the bill under 'ways to pay ' or equivalent

take the statement to a natwest branch if you can. Pay it there. :)

I am 100% positive that it's not stated on their card statements but anyway got it now. My wife rang CS and sort code is: 621970 and Account number:00000000.

Phone them up. it varies for each card e.g gold card, classic card etc so people giving their own details may result in a missing payment which will cause a lot of work for you and your cc company. remember if you're asked for a reference to quote your cc number.

RCA I've done that one mate if you read post #4. thanks anyway.
  • be careful if the above is the wrong sort code.

it will go out of your bank account so you will go merrily on your way till collections calls you about non-payment.

Then the missing payments process starts.

If you call customer services they can tell you.

Do a test transaction of £1 (or whatever) first. If asked for a reference, use the 16 digit card number
  • in my bank they just key in the 16 digit number on the card??

what? and wait 4 working days to see it on the account? it really isn't rocket science- account number and sort code and cc number as reference.
