Best 0% card for paying off a personal loan

I have about £2000 left on a personal loan at 6.7% interest.

I want to transfer it to a 0% card which will hopefully make the monthly payments less - but which should it be?
A balance transfer card or a new purchases card at 0% - i want to take the whole £2000 in one go obviously.

You can't just transfer a personal loan to a credit card.

A 0% purchases card means that whatever you buy ie purchases will be interest free for a certain period.

A 0% balance transfer card is used to transfer money to another credit card.

To pay off a personal loan you would need a card that offers money transfers. Then you would need to transfer money from the card to your current account so you could use the money to pay off your loan.

Virgin were offering a 0% deal for 20 months and they let you do money transfers for a 4% fee. Not sure about other offers around at the moment but someone else may be able to offer other suggestions.
