Legal Help Fraud repayments
Options
I have recently taken on the role of treasurer for a small charity, a previous treasurer was found guilty of fraud ( helping himself to thousands of pounds of the charity's money). He was given a suspended sentance and ordered to pay back the money at the rate of £20/week. We receive payments periodiclly and some times for just £15 and more like monthly than weekly.
Does any one have any legal advise on how we can chase these payments?
Kind regards
J Biel

Report him to the Court that sentenced him, it's possible his sentence was only suspended because he was given the chance to make weekly payments..................
....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)
