transfer balance from husbands card ?

hi, is it possible to transfer a balance from a card of which my husband is the primary card holder and I am a card holder to another card of which I am the primary cardholder ?.

Yes provided you have a balance transfer facility available and the card is not from the same provider e.g. you can't transfer Nat West to RBSI because they are from the same group but you could transfer Nat West to HSBC.0
