Well done to Karcher

Don't know if this is the place to post this but...

I bought a Karcher pressure washer from Argos in January 2006, only to discover that we were still on a hosepipe ban at that point so I gave the thing a quick test and put it in the garage.

Well, we came off hosepipe ban recently so I got the Karcher out to clean the scunge off our wheelchair ramp, and it broke down after about 10 minutes use - unfortunately out of the Argos warranty

Anyway, I called Karcher and explained the situation, and they agreed to replace the washer for me, even though the warranty was expired. Not only that, they couriered the replacement to me by the next day.

Good service I think, and as such deserves a mention. :beer:

according to Karcher you can use a Karcher pressure washer when there is a hose pipe ban.

As i found out when i had a similar prob with a karcher washer, i found karcher also good for sending me a replacement when i was out of warranty

KARCHER RULES!!!!!!
